Hello alumni,
We will have 17.5 brothers living in 52 College Ave next year. This means that we are short $13775 in rent. As a chapter, we will step up and pay everything to ensure that we will be living in 52 College Ave next year. However, we want to avoid placing an undue amount of financial stress on our brothers, who are are all full-time college students. Because of this, we are asking our alumni to help us shoulder this one-time financial burden.
