my dog is sick help

Hi im fundraising for my dog, when my father passed away i got this dog 10 years ago hes now 12 years old hes been throwing up white slime so we went to the vet they told us he has heart problems and throat problems and his teeth are rotten and im currently not getting payed for my job anything would be helpful
