In loving memory of Jason Webster

Hi, my name is Melissa Engelberg, a good friend of Cara Websters. On Monday, April 17, 2023, Jason Webster, 48, died unexpectedly. He leaves behind his loving wife Cara, son William and daughter, Bayla.

Cara and I have known each other since our boys started at Ben Gamla, I have been so lucky to watch Jason being the most amazing dedicated husband and father to William and Bayla.

As one might expect, Cara and Jason's plans for the future were focused on raising William and Bayla. Making sure they had everything that they needed and wanted. Jason's unexpected and tragic death has created an overwhelming and unforeseen financial burden. Jason was an amazing stay-at-home father. He made sure that William and Bayla got to school, after-school activities, places to be during school breaks and so much more.

This is why we are reaching out, in the hopes that all the lives that Cara and Jason have touched over the years in the community at large, might be able to offer some much-needed financial help and begin to put the shattered pieces of their lives, without Jason, back together. William and Bayla have never had the opportunity to attend sleep-away camp, we are hoping that raising funds will help ease the burden of finding summer plans for the kids without Jason. Any funds raised will be used towards helping William and Bayla with camp, after-school activities, college and more to help ease the burden on Cara as they navigate so much change.
