Hi, my name is Claudia I am a 21-year-old mother and I have stage three Hopkins lymphoma cancer. I want to come on here and tell y’all my story. I’m sorry for those who I haven’t reached out to, this is something unexpected that happened to me and my family. Around May 2022 I felt a very small lump on my neck but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t think much of it but around October my lump was growing so I decided to make a appointment I didn’t get seen un till December. They went ahead and did an ultrasound and blood work and they called me back that I had to get a CT scan asap to rule out that it was cancer. I’m no longer working I told my manger about my situation and all she said was sorry but if I couldn’t put in my all they would have to find a replacement. On January 11,2023 my primary doctor said it looked like lymphoma cancer I felt like I was going to pass out I was so scared. My doctor sent me to a amazing specialist and worked so fast to confirm if I had cancer or not she went ahead and ordered a biopsy and a pet scan on February 3,2023 my doctor now confirmed I have cancer so the next step was to get more test done to see if my body was ready for chemo so she ordered a bone marrow test, a pulmonary test, and echo test. On February 27,2023 I started my first chemo and everything went good I just wanted to thank everyone who has been praying for me and has been helping me financially. My parents have been helping me so much with my son and still working just remember to hold your family tight and enjoy the little things and have a lot of faith everything will turn out to be okay.

Hola, mi nombre es Claudia, soy una madre de 21 años y tengo cáncer de lymphoma de Hopkins en etapa tres. Quiero venir aquí y contarles mi historia. Lo siento por aquellos a quienes no he contactado, esto es algo inesperado que nos sucedió a mí y a mi familia. Alrededor de mayo de 2022 sentí un bulto muy pequeño en el cuello, pero no dije nada porque no le di mucha importancia, pero alrededor de octubre mi bulto estaba creciendo, así que decidí hacer una cita. Diciembre. Siguieron adelante e hicieron un ultrasonido y un análisis de sangre y me llamaron de nuevo para decirme que tenía que hacerme una tomografía computarizada lo antes posible para descartar que fuera cáncer. Ya no estoy trabajando. Le conté a mi gerente sobre mi situación y todo lo que dijo fue que lo lamentaba, pero si no podía poner todo de mí, tendrían que encontrar un reemplazo. El 11 de enero de 2023, mi médico de atención primaria dijo que parecía cáncer de linfoma. Sentí que me iba a desmayar. Tenía mucho miedo. Mi médico me envió a un especialista increíble y trabajó muy rápido para confirmar si tenía cáncer o no. Ella siguió adelante y ordenó una biopsia y una exploración de mascotas el 3 de febrero de 2023. Mi médico ahora confirmó que tengo cáncer, por lo que el siguiente paso fue obtener Se hicieron más pruebas para ver si mi cuerpo estaba listo para la quimioterapia, así que ordenó una prueba de médula ósea, una prueba pulmonar y una prueba de eco. El 27 de Febrero de 2023 comencé mi primera quimioterapia y todo salió bien. Solo quería agradecer a todos los que han estado orando por mí y me han ayudado económicamente. Mis padres me han estado ayudando mucho con mi hijo y siguen trabajando, solo recuerda abrazar a tu familia y disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas y tener mucha fe en que todo saldrá bien.
