Good afternoon everyone! I hope you’re doing well.

As much as I DON’T want to do this, I feel at this point I have no choice. Three weeks ago, I lost my job after 9 years. At first, it hurt really bad, but then I remembered God will close one door and open another. Or at least crack a window for me to crawl through. LOL Anyway, I have been looking for a job every day through the internet, applying for jobs in person, and I’ve got nothing. There are a few possibilities, but I can’t live off of possibilities. And when it rains, it pours. My car has major issues that need to be addressed immediately such as my brakes, which are failing and are metal to metal. I can’t drive my car much because of the fear of making the rotors worse than they already are right now. To replace the rear pads will cost $250. To replace the pads and turn rotors is $550, which I’m afraid is what will have to be done. And to top that all off, either the bearings, the calipers, or the tie rods have gone bad, and to fix those, depending on which one or all of them, will cost in the ballpark of $1500. Meanwhile, my car payment, my rent, my car insurance, my power bill, etc., are due. That’s another $1500 right there. And then I have a fur baby that I have to support (food, monthly heartworm meds, etc.) and food and gas for myself. Gas to job hunt and DoorDash when I can.

Friends, all I’m asking is that if you can help in ANY denomination, I would be very grateful. It hurts my heart to do this because there are so many out there that are suffering worse than I, and I assure you that I help when I can by donating to charities that matter to me. But at the moment, I need help. If you can find it in your heart to help out, I will most definitely pay it forward. I know there will be those that judge me, and that’s ok, but I only have One Judge in my life, and He is the only One that matters to me.
