Newlywed - Jonah’s Journey Against Brain Tumor -
Three short weeks after marrying the love of his life, Jonah received the devastating news that he has a tumor the size of a billiard ball in his brain. This certainly is not the plan these two young, loving newlyweds had envisioned for themselves as they begin their most promising life together. Jonah was on the brink of launching a new business, planning for their honeymoon and caring for their two big dogs when this bright young man’s world was turned upside down by one telephone call.
Within a span of three weeks, Jonah will be diagnosed, meet with his neurosurgeon and have surgery to remove this unwelcome resident in his brain. At this point, it is anticipated that Jonah will be unable to work for at least three months. Courtney is hopeful to be able to take an unpaid family leave to care for Jonah during his recuperation. We would be most grateful to those who would be kind enough to provide assistance to this beautiful couple to help them with medical and recovery expenses to ease their worries and allow them to concentrate on Jonah’s healing process.
Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your generosity and kindness!
