Andrea has been a true best friend to me for 20 years and over the past 5 years she has had to struggle with Connective tissue disorder, lupus and interstitial lung disease. She barely ever complains but life has been tough. She has just been diagnosed with Stage 3 Endometrial cancer which appears aggressive and is required to commence chemo ASAP to shrink the tumour so she can have surgery to remove it. With everything else going on at the moment her husband also works casual. I want Andrea to be able to fight this without the added financial stresses. Her treatment will be at SCGH where just the parking alone will be an added burden and if her husband needs to take time off work to care for her. Please help if you can
