Beth’s Battle

Donation protected
My name is Leah Warner, and I am the daughter of Elizabeth “Beth” Warner (Triplett). My mom is truly one of the most selfless, hardworking, generous people on Earth. Her heart is so pure and open to loving others. She is absolutely the type of person who would give a stranger the shirt off her back. She currently works as a daycare teacher, and has spent most of her life caring for others, as a teacher, mother, sister, aunt, and wife.

The week of Thanksgiving, my poor mom was in a very bad car accident. Thankfully, she was okay in this apart from bruises, bumps, and stitches. Her scans, however, revealed that she had an abnormality appearing in her liver.

After testing, it was discovered that the abnormality was liver cancer. That car accident may very well have saved her life as without it, we may have not found out before the cancer had progressed even further.

With all that being said, my mom is unfortunately having to retire early due to this diagnosis to begin her battle against this awful disease. She is going to be getting disability in the coming months, but will not be eligible for the next 90 days. My mother and father had a term life policy as well that expired a few years ago and they are both ineligible for new policies due to their health. Because of this, Beth’s battle against this horrendous disease will be coming from her own pocket.

The stresses we are all facing this time of year are great, but we are asking for help for my mom during these next few months. If Beth Warner has EVER positively impacted your life, made you smile, feel special, etc, please consider helping, even if you can only contribute a few dollars. Every little bit will help soothe this unjust financial stress my selfless parents will be experiencing in the coming months.

Our family wants her around for as many future holidays as she can handle. Please help Beth prepare for the months ahead before her disability kicks in and the financial burden of future cancer treatments. I seriously appreciate anyone that is able to help ease this burden and fear that her and my father are currently facing. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
