Hurricane devastation PLEASE HELP

Hi my name is Emma, I am trying to raise money for my mother in law, sister in law and 4 children ages 14, 12, 4 and 2 months old. They live in montego bay jamaica way up in the countryside a place called Springfield. The road has collapsed preventing them from going to the main town montego bay this also prevents any aid reaching them until something is done to secure a new road. During the peak of the hurricane their whole house blew down as it was made of wood and zinc. The water swept away the majority of there belongings. The Springfield clinic is the main community centre for all medical care and this is where my mother in law worked so not only have they lost their whole lives she has lost her job too as the clinic split in two during the hurricane, so Rose being unable to earn makes things even worse. I am hoping for as much support as possible to raise money to help build back a home as a minimum for them because there is no way myself and my husband have enough money to complete such a huge task alone so I'm reaching out for support from others. Whilst I'm sure everyone emphasizes with what has happened we do not actually know how it feels to have nothing left.
They did manage to salvage some of their clothing from the road which they intend to wash and reuse but even buying school uniform will be a huge task with very little funds. Please help me to get Rose, Candy and the 4 kiddies back on their feet. They are currently living in a car as shelter is limited.
If the donations received exceed the amount we requested I will ensure it is distributed around the community of springfield, st James so others can perhaps get some support too. The family need funds to completely start a rebuild of their home. They had a cosy small 2 bedroom home which was suffice for them. This is all they want to rebuild, nothing more just get back what they lost.
My husband's father is also a member of the Springfield community but he lives separately from the family, he sustained a laceration to the back of this head when a tree fell onto his house, he has not been able to seek medical help as there is nothing left. Luckily he is up and coherent and hopefully can get it checked out soon.
My husband has tried hundreds of times to get in contact with his mother and family but the connection has been horrific, thankfully he got hold of them this evening which has settled him in the respect he knows his family are alive but is now carrying the worry of knowing his mum, sister and her kids have nothing left.

Many thanks
