Hello my name is Ronnie (Punk) Stiltner, I am not one who normally asks for help, but since September 25th I have been in and out of the hospital. Between having emergency surgery and recently hospitalized with blood clots in my left leg and three blood clots in my lung. I am not sure when I will be able to return to work, and I have exhausted everything I had put back. So if anyone can help it will be much appreciated.
