Syfy’s Face Off finalist (and special effects wizard)
R.J. Haddy and Bram Stoker Award-winner Michael Knost will conduct a monster makeup workshop on June 6th in Charleston, WV for low income children.
Children between the ages of 5 and 7 are eligible to attend.
We want to provide a workshop for children interested in special effects makup, and we want to ensure that cost is not a prohibitive factor for the parents. So, in order to pay for the materials, etc., we wanted to create a fundraising effort so you can be a part of this special day!
We need to raise $2,000 to cover all supplies and gear for 10 children. Anything raised above our goal will go toward adding more children to the workshop, as well as paying for snacks and refreshments.
This is an incredible opportunity for children from low-income families to do something they will remember for the rest of their lives.
We will take photos and create a video of the event that we will post on the Internet. All donors (who do not wish to remain anonymous) will be recognized in the video.
