Hi everybody. I'm telling this story on behalf of Russ Thor and his wife, Carol.
In February 2015, Russ was diagnosed with terminal cancer. It's the fast-moving variety and things have gone downhill health-wise in just one short month. The oncologist says Russ has "a few" months to live.
As horrible as this is at 56, Russ has the best attitude one could imagine. He's up-beat, loves visitors, and wants to make the most of every day he has left.
More personal to me, he's the drummer in our band, LOPSided! We love this guy, truly.
Carol and Russ want to take one last trip together to Disneyland with stops at the beach and his childhood home. We'd like to help him get there.
