Hope for Logan

Hi, my name is Dawna. I am raising money for myself and my son's cat, Logan. Logan is at the Tufts Emergency Vet and needs feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC) surgery. FIC is extremely life-threatening if not treated, affecting mostly male cats. Logan is the sweetest cat you will ever meet, and I believe he deserves a fighting chance at a long, healthy life that can be provided with this surgery. Logan is only 3 years old and still just a baby, and we can't stand the thought of not having our furry friend around. My 15-year-old son, Lukas, lost his father in April of 2020, and Logan used to belong to his dad. Logan remains a consistent part of our lives and a comforting friend to Lukas. I was also recently laid off due to my company shutting down because of COVID-19. Although times are tough for everyone right now, anything will help cover the cost of the vet bills piling up.
