Benito Juarez Medical Expenses due Kidney failure.

My name is Benito Juarez and I humbly ask for your help. I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure three years ago. I do not have medical insurance nor qualify for any government medical assistance and have been struggling financially. My wife is the only one working and sometimes with the help of my children age 13 and 14 are only getting by. I'm unable to work due to my partial blindness, currently on oxygen and unable to lift anything due to the dialysis shunt on my arm. In the past 3 months I have been admitted 3 times for a number of days.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mi nombre es Benito Juárez y humildemente pido su ayuda. Hace tres años me diagnosticaron insuficiencia renal en etapa 3. No tengo seguro médico ni califico para recibir asistencia médica del gobierno y he tenido dificultades económicas. Mi esposa es la única que trabaja y a veces con la ayuda de mis hijos de 13 y 14 años apenas sobreviven. No puedo trabajar debido a mi ceguera parcial, actualmente recibo oxígeno y no puedo levantar nada debido a la derivación de diálisis en mi brazo. En los últimos 3 meses he estado ingresado 3 veces durante varios días.
