Luis, who is a flower vendor. Luis was working on the corner of Laurel Canyon and Osborne in Pacoima, CA on 7/2/23 and at around 1pm two cars were involved in a road rage dispute, which resulted in a collision. One of the cars ended up ramming into Luis and his flower stand. Luis is currently in the hospital, as he was injured. Luis was there just trying to help provide for his family by selling flowers.
