Hi there! I'm Katerina, a film student from the University of the Arts London. We're currently working on a short graduate film about the experience of working in hospitality, something almost every student can relate to. To make this film a reality, we need your support. We're passionate about telling impactful stories and with your help, we can bring this film to life. Thank you for considering supporting our project!

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR HELP?
Your contribution directly helps us secure the perfect location in London, transport equipment, and provide quality catering for our dedicated cast and crew. Our chosen restaurant adds depth, authenticity, and captures the vibrant essence of the city. However, securing this remarkable filming location comes at a considerable cost. By supporting our crowdfunding campaign, you bring our vision to life by covering the expenses associated with this integral setting.
WHY NOW?
Work sucks, we know. The Sweetness of Garlic is a film about solidarity in the face of really rubbish jobs. We love good food and good restaurants, but have a unique understanding of the chaos behind-the-scenes of your favourite meals. The film blends comedy and the absurd with nuanced storytelling, creating a well-rounded portrait of Isa as a character, and her desperation to get through a terrible shift. We’ve all been there!
Get ready for a feast of exclusive rewards! Contribute and enjoy early film access, mouthwatering behind-the-scenes content, personalized thank-you notes, and even invites to private screenings where the popcorn is on us! Your involvement goes beyond support; you'll witness the magic and be recognized as a vital part of our artistic endeavor. Join us and savor the taste of cinematic success!
