This is the 5 minute trailer for "Men Caring", the second in a series of short documentary films, called "Side by Side", about caregiving for adults with disabilities.  As the title suggests this film will feature three men who do this work in a field traditionally seen as for women.  Their stories are inspiring, educational, rich and diverse.   We hope the film will inspire others to get into a field that is important and desperately in need of  committed people to foster these one on one relationships.  These pairings are at the heart of enabling lives of inclusion and personal fulfillment for the ever growing community of our neighbors, adults with disabilities.  Please help us to raise the $8,500 soon, as we need to edit the final film, do the professional finishing work with sound, music and effects, and take advantage of a growing number of successful distribution  outlets for short documentaries.  As a person with a wonderful 26 year old adult daughter with autism I can attest to the profound needs that exist now to help these people, as there is a nationwide crisis in a lack of services of all kinds.  The film will also discuss this crisis and I am hopeful that our films will be able to significantly help address these needs.  We would be grateful for whatever amount you could give to this project.
