Angela Hershman

For most of 2015, Angela has been undergoing cancer treatment and found out last week that there was a new spot.  A lump on her chest was determined to be cancer i  her muscle.   She is continuing her current treatment and the doctors will re-evaluate her medication and decided whether to continue the chemo pills, do a different chemo or try radiation.  On Oct 3rd, a fundraiser will be held at the Gretna Fire Dept.  We would love for you to join us, but if you can't please consider donating!

2014 was a year of many hardships for Angela.  She underwent a separation / pending divorce and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.  She is an amazing lady that has served her country and has done so much to help others and this community, especially the youth. She had surgery on March 27th, but the surgeon was unable to remove all the cancer.  Over the coming months / year, Angela will be undergoing chemo to fight this.  She has the spirit and determination to win this battle and we all believe and have faith that she will kick this cancer's butt Angie style.  The doctor truly believes he can get her to remission, but she needs the help and prayers of everyone.  Please join her family including her daughter- Savanna Butts, Blake Crews, Ricky Irby, Jennifer & Tad Moon, Ryn & Benjie Cook, Chris & Ricky Dalton, Ellen & Ricky Moorefield, Donald and Dawn Perkins, Laura & Anthony Saunders,  Aaron Williams, myself and many others in raising money to help her pay medical bills as they continue to pile up.
