This fundraiser is to help Duncan Atherton, devoted husband of pianist Jessica Williams. Jessica passed away recently, and Duncan could use some short-term help with funeral and medical expenses, rent and so forth. 

I became friends with the couple through hosting memorable house concerts at my home in Seattle, until Jessica withdrew from performing, after undergoing spinal surgery. Duncan provided superb loving care to Jessica, in sickness and in health. It would be wonderful if those of us who have enjoyed Jessica's exquisite music could support Duncan at this time. I know she would appreciate it, as would he. Thank you so much.
