RRWA's Rock Furnace Trail Parking Lot Expansion

The Roaring Run Watershed Association’s Rock Furnace Trailhead parking lot currently parks approximately 9 vehicles, many days our users have resorted to parking along Brownstown Road. This has led to vehicles being ticketed and some even towed as Brownstown Road is posted no parking and parking there creates a dangerous situation as the road is narrow and windy.

We are currently relocating the parking lot and it will accommodate 33 vehicles but we need your help! We estimate the cost to do this is about $ 50,000.00. Roaring Run Watershed Association is a private non-governmental organization funded by members and generous donors and run by volunteers. Please consider helping us by donating today!
