Tugger is a special needs rescue dog with one eye who has lost mobility to his back legs due to lumbar disc degeneration. Our family rescued this loving and fun dog in 2020 and we are heartbroken at the diagnosis and poor prognosis of his condition unless he undergoes surgery to the injured area. We were told by his veterinarian that he could regain function and live a full happy life if he receives the surgery.
