Help move our home

In October of 2023. My fiancé and I bought a new single wide as a start to finally owning something in our name. Well we have come to find out our home will never be fully set up at the community it was placed in and we won’t be able to live in it until we can move it and place it where it actually has utilities. The park it is in now never got the permits for the water or the septic. I didn’t know these were things I needed to know as it not having any septic was not brought to my attention until after I signed all my mortgage papers. At that point we were kicked out of our pervious residence and living on a friends couch waiting for our home to have electricity run. Trying to get any and all updates from management were close to impossible. We recently found out the well that was dug never had a permit and was never approved now our homes only have electricity. Here we are again homeless with a home we can not live in we are at a family members house for the time being. We financed a home we were promised would be ready we had be reason to believe it would never be and here we are. We need help with moving our home as we still have to pay our mortgage and have little to no money to save to move it and she is forcing everyone to leave and I don’t have the money to move my home anything will help
