On Sunday, April 12, we lost a dear friend, Monica Larsen. Monica's death was sudden and tragic.
Monica was a fun, positive, and incredible human being. She was a loving wife and the mother of two beautiful children. She was a First Grade teacher at Jefferson Primary School and impacted many students, families, and staff members throughout her teaching career.
We would like to honor Monica by creating a fund to support her children's future endeavors.
Monica was known for always having a smile on her face and for her infectious kindness. When you look at Monica's picture, embrace her smile and continue to pass the same spirit Monica possessed to those around you.
