On 12/3/15 Colleen was diganosed with a very rare, aggressive and deadly form of brain cancer, Glioblastomas (GBM). She will face a birrage of treatments and the cost of these treatments will be very expensive and aggressive.
I have known Colleen since I was 13 years old and we were swimming partners both as kids and in masters. She is the one I call and tell my secrets too as well as when I need support and guidance. Sometimes just because I need my friend and a few giggles!
Colleen, Cindy Jain-Knapp and I have been causing trouble for over 45 years and we don't intend to stop now!
Colleen has been married to Kevin Holmstrom since the beginning of time and they are such a great couple. They have three beautiful girls, Krystal, 31, Keri, 27 and Kelly, 21. They have three adorable grandchildren Rylie, 6, Riggs, 3 and little Paige is 2.
These big girls need their mom and their sweet children need their grandma to be here. There are too many things coming in the future that Colleen has to be here for! Births, weddings, watching the grandchildren grow up and watching Kevin get old! The way to battle this monster is with proper treatment and that is very expensive.
