If you are at this Gofund page it's because you knew Nivia "Nikki" Giblin or you know one of the members of her awesome family. Nikki went home to God on Saturday December 5th but not without a ferocious fight to live for the past 8 years. Throughout the battle her daughter Mary was by her side 24/7 caring for her.
This was Mary's full time job. It was what turned Mary around from a life where she felt she' d lost hope and purpose . Mary cared for Nikki and because of this the entire family could rest easy each night knowing Nikki was in the best hands. It was Nikki's request that if she were to be chosen to go home to God that Mary continue to live and grow helping herself and others. She asked that instead of flowers that this fund be established to help Mary. The money will help Mary as she looks for a new job. The goal # has special meaning because 19 is the family number.
