Bella Needs Your Help

Bella’s Story:

Bella is a 12 year old Boxer. Her birthday is July 4th, 2011. She was a rescue dog from a Pet Shop in Iowa. The moment Bobbie seen her at the age of 4 months she knew she was the one. At the age of 3 years old Bella became Bobbie’s ESA (Emotional Support Animal) dog. Bella has been there through everything with Bobbie. Bobbie and Bella moved in with Nicki in 2020 and Bella instantly became extremely connected to Nicki and they share a very special bond.

We just found out that Bella has 2 tumors that are in desperate need of being removed. She has one mass cell tumor close to her ribs on her side and the other tumor is a Mammary tumor is by her breasts area. We brought her to the vet on 10/18/2023 because she grew a large mass on her side and she wouldn’t stop constantly itching. The Kenosha Animal Hospital was very informative and very helpful. They went to drain the larger tumor on her side and it suddenly started squirting out blood. The veterinarian reaction was not good she said “that’s not a good sign, that usually means it could be a high risk of being cancerous.” Our hearts dropped and wanted to see what it would take to get the tumors removed. After the labs were sent out and reviewed from the vet, we were told the estimation of the surgery would be $2000. That doesn’t include medication or afterwards care .

We ask for your help to get the surgery done and go from there. Please help Bella with this major surgery, anything would be extremely helpful and appreciated.
