I'm waiting on a determination for a disability application. For the past few years, I've been experiencing serious issues with my back as well as passing out without warning if I have too much strenuous activity. I've also been experiencing worsening migraines that are nearly daily and result in extreme confusion and nausea. I work retail and am getting very few hours because of these problems, and I've been denied both the affordable care act and medicare. I'm on food stamps, so most of my money has been going to medical bills. I need to continue my doctor's appointments so they can find a root cause of what's wrong with me, but I keep having to put them off due to the high cost of living. I know disability applications take months to go through so I've been job hopping a lot trying to find something I can do to earn extra cash, but I haven't been able to hold a job due to my symptoms.

My roommate just broke the lease suddenly and I need to find a new apartment in the next 2 weeks. She also left me responsible for a whole lot of fees due to breaking the lease agreement and generally being awful. I need to pay my last month rent and still have enough left over to secure my first month's rent somewhere else. I have about half of what I need so I'm asking for $345 out of the $695 that I need to pay off the last month at my current place.
