Hi.  My name is Stephany Olson and I am setting up a go-fund-me account for my amazing friend, Elise.    It was the big 4-0 for Elise this last summer so,  amongst the many other joys of turning 40, she made an appointment for her very first mammogram in early December.  No history, no worries.  WRONG.   Within 3 weeks of her first ever mammogram,  Elise started chemotherapy treatment.   My beautiful, spirited, and ridiculously funny friend has stage 3 breast cancer.  It is one of the most aggressive and fast-growing cancers.  However, it is also a type of cancer that responds well to treatment.   Her profession (teaching) is one of the only jobs that cannot be continued as long as she is having chemo treatments (kindergarten germs), which will be through May of this year.  I am hoping that this fund will compensate for all the time and pay she will lose due to fighting this evil.   Thank you for taking the time to read about Elise's World...right now.   MUCH LOVE and MUCH THANKS!!
