Get Christian to Berklee College

Hi, my name is Christian Bouldin. I am an aspiring music producer and audio engineer from Los Angeles, California. I believe what the great Francis Ford Coppola once said, “Do what you love; you’ll be better at it.” Well, what I absolutely adore is music. It has always been a passion of mine to work in the music industry as a music producer. It has long been my ambition to attend the top music institution in the country, Berklee College of Music. Through diligent preparation my dream has finally come true. I was accepted to Berklee’s twelve week full credit summer program, which will begin as my first semester in Berklee’s core curriculum. In this intense and rigorous curriculum, I will be learning skills in ear training, arranging, harmony and music technology with students from all over the world. It is my desire to be taught these four main subjects, which in the end will cultivate my musical ability, musically, and ultimately help my career as a music producer. Ironically, 6 years ago, I really wanted to attend Berklee’s 5 week program in Boston. Unfortunately, I did not go because it just wasn’t affordable at the time. Now that Berklee has given me an opportunity to attend college, it still isn’t affordable, however, I do not want to waste time. Any support given for me to follow my dream will be tremendously appreciated. I will be emphatically humbled if you can help me reach my goal. Thank you for reading.
