Road to Recovery

Hello, for those that know me, my name is Murph. On Sept 1st my son was struck by a truck from the Hutto Fire Dept. while on his way to work. The truck struck him without their lights flashing or sounding the sirens. Romello has been in the hospital for the past couple weeks, having to undergo two major surgeries. The injuries that he sustained are great from having a hemorrhage in his brain, several facial fractures, broken ribs, fractured hip and spine. This is a few of the major injuries. God has been great as his progression to recovery is going in a positive direction.

I'd like to thank everyone that has kept us in their prayers and all the support given as we are tested on this life altering journey.

As I do not know what is held for the future, my focus is to make sure that my son can return to as close to a normal life as can be. The reason for this account is to ask for any help that can be provided as I have had to take leave from work in order make the best choices needed to help Romello gets back to best state of health available. I can only imagine what the expense is going to be for his stay in the hospital, then his Physical and Occupation Therapy that he will need once he is released.
