Help Josh Fight Cancer

Hi my name is Sara. My brother-in-law Josh is in need of our help and support. Josh is a family man who has two beautiful daughters and an amazing wife who is a stay at home mom. They decided their family was perfect as is and it would be best to have Josh get a vasectomy. During the procedure they found a tumor in his testicle. He underwent surgery to remove the testicle and made a full recovery. The tumor was in fact cancerous and to ensure the cancer did not metastasize he has been undergoing routine check ups. They recently found out the cancer has spread to his Lymph nodes and Josh was was officially diagnosed with Seminomas in his lymph nodes. Due to the location of the cancer, the tumors are inoperable and he will have to complete 4 rounds of Chemotherapy and during this time he will be unable to work. Unfortunately, Josh’s insurance doesn’t cover the full cost of his treatment and they struggling to cope with their out of pocket costs.

Josh is a hard-working man who loves his family and always gives from the heart. Josh is always the first person to step up when someone is in need of help. I am organizing this for his family because I know that Josh deserves the same level of support he gives every day! Any support you can give is much appreciated.
