My name is Jami and I have set up this account on behalf of my brother.
On 4/1/15 Jeremiah had an accident on his bicycle. After a trip to the ER it was determined he had a spiral fracture in both his fibula and tibia that would require surgery. 19 screws and 2 plates later Jeremiah is left unable to work for the next several months. Any help we could get to go towards living expenses (rent, utilities, misc. bills,etc) would be greatly appreciated. If there is money raised above what is needed to pay bills it would be put towards medical expenses. The Dr did mention it would take at least a year before all of this is behind him.
