RPG Legacy Start-Up

Hello!

My name is John Michals, and I'm asking for your help in starting up the greatest and most immersive Tabletop Role-Playing Game experience the world has ever seen.

If you don't know, a role-playing game or "RPG" is a game in which players assume the roles of characters in a fictional setting. A table-top RPG is an interactive storytelling game where players take those characters and have them interact with a fictional world; usually a world presented by a Game Master or "GM."

A GM will spend any amount of time learning rules, prepping material creating an unforgettable experience for their players.

What I am doing is creating a business that will provide the highest level of quality and enjoyment to players both old and new. I have over 10 years professional improv experience, including 5 years at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade, (The well known theater started by Amy Poehler); this translates well into guiding a tabletop game due to the ethereal nature of the game; no amount of GM know-how can prepare you for when your players go off the rails. I bring a professional-level of improvisation skills as well as an in-depth knowledge of the game to the table.

Currently, I average about 30 hours a week of play time, not including game-prep. These are games played at player’s houses.

The funds from this campaign are used to create an immersive, unique experience for players. This includes a private studio-space for play, a table, and a sound system to simulate various ambient environments, as well as all the legal/start-up fees.

In short, I want to create the highest-end experience possible for players and I can't do it without you. Your support would mean the world, not only to me, but to future adventurers looking to make their mark on the world.
