Hello, 

My name is Ray Harrell. l've been part of the Jacksonville, Fl community for many years and I've had the privilage of working with and getting to know so many wonderful people - many of you through my picture framing and installation business. I have a beautiful lady in my life, Melanie. She is my rock. 

Today, I am coming to you to humbly ask for your assistance. I never thought I would be the one needing help, but here I am. In December of 2015, I received a heartbreaking diagnosis of cancer. Unfortunately, I will have to be out of work for several weeks due to a surgery to remove the tumor. And, as many small business owners know, being out of work in a small business can be financially devastating. 

I'm scared. Not for myself, but for what this means to those that I responsible for, especially Melanie. 

I plan to use this money for our basic needs while I am in recovery ie. medicine, electric bill, groceries, etc.
