Jacob finally got the call! After seven years, a kidney became available to this beautiful husband and father. His wife, my Godmother Gabby, is an extraordinary woman. She has been by his side every step of the way. What many of you do not know is the cost this family has incurred due to this life-saving procedure. Gabby has not asked for assistance but instead quietly absorbed massive amounts of debt for Jacob’s treatments, travel and hotel stays in San Francisco, food, etc. All the while, Gabby has been maintaining her household in Fresno, providing for their two beautiful boys, Caleb and Ethan, and her mother, Mercy.
