Hi, my name is Haley, recently, my parents three year old dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor on his neck, behind his ear. While we have paid for the CT scan and biopsy to find out what this lump was, we now have to decide to go forward with surgery & or other treatment options that are out of the range of affordability (for anybody respectfully). Because Rigby has had a few tests done previously and it’s now diagnosed as a mast cell tumor, it is considered a pre existing condition. This is not something we could’ve ever expected and now it isn’t covered under pet insurance on top of that..
