Hello,

As I approach my 55th birthday on 21st July – and mark four years of sobriety on 8th August – I’m raising funds for two causes close to my heart:

– Royal Trinity Hospice in Clapham

– Performing Recovery / The Addiction Recovery Arts Network

This September, I’ll be running my first half marathon on Wimbledon Common (7th), and in October, I’m joining other Hex gym members to take part in the Battle Cancer event.

I’ll be sharing training updates and insights into why these causes matter so much to me on social media in the run-up.

I’ll also cover all GoFundMe fees myself, so that every pound you give is split equally between these two non-profits.
