Roy's Kidney Transplant

Hello, from a dad, spouse, sibling, and family, Roy Padilla III was taken to the emergency room on May 8th, 2018 due to his blood pressure being 200/108 which caused him to have swollen ankles, chills, and was not alert but was somewhat oriented. It turns out he was diagnosed with stage 3 chronic kidney disease along with being anemic. That same night, he recieved three pints of blood and had to have a permanent catheter surgically placed within his chest to receive weekly dialysis. With being only 22 years old and a father to his three year old baby girl, we are kindly asking for any donations to help cover medical bills and are looking for any possible kidney donors.
