ROY IS BACK AND HE NEEDS OUR HELP!!!

Almost a year ago, our friend, Roy Knyrim, suffered a massive stroke. For complicated reasons, we heard nothing from Roy, his caregivers or his kids about how he was doing. Finally, total radio silence. We all feared that Roy might have turned into a breathing vegetable with no hope for a healthy, normal life.
There’s good news and bad news. Roy has been released to return home with the doctor’s promise that he can expect almost complete recovery. That’s great news!
The bad news is that Roy is destitute. He’s flat-broke without a safety net, alone in the world to do the best he can.
Whatever savings he had are gone. But he’s got us, his friends. We can help him get back on his feet.
Glassport Avenue House:
Roy’s living in the garage without a kitchen, water, or personal clothing. His cars are gone and virtually everything he owned has been destroyed or stolen. It seems unthinkable, but it’s true.
Besides the normal costs of owning a house (mortgage, taxes, insurance, utilities) the roof is leaking badly and needs to be repaired. The HVAC system is dead and must be replaced. The house interior and the yard are full of trash and vermin.
Medical:
Within the next year, Roy’s probably looking at $120,000 to $150,000 in uncovered medical expenses for Neurological Care, Physical Therapy, and Medical Support. We’re going to set up a special trust to manage these expenses efficiently. We’ll advise you when we have more details.
Roy’s got a shot at a full happy life. Any help we can give will increase his odds of success. Let’s get started now. Your donation of time or money will make a world of difference.

My name is Arnella Barbara, I am first and foremost best friends with Roy’s wife Cindy and Roy. I am a Production Designer. I worked with Roy on numerous films and projects.
To all of you who thought Roy was dead, well he’s not. He was isolated and not allowed to see anyone. He was and still is scared for his life.
The funds are going to be used for Roy’s recovery:
- speech therapy
- physical therapy
- neurologist
- psychiatrist (Roy has a major PTSD, he was being threatened by certain people, , not Cindy, all the time who also destroyed and tarnished his reputation completely)
- miscellaneous medical needs
- mortgage
- utilities
- food
- fixing of the house destroyed by people closest to Roy and Cindy, we all know who you are and you know who you are
- the house needs to be cleared off of all clutter created by the variety people who squatted and stole everything they could
- also the funds will be used to fix the roof and get his stolen cars back
- legal fees
- buy clothing for Roy and Cindy (all of their clothing is stolen and thrown away)
Roy Knyrim was there for so many people, he helped everyone including me, now it’s our turn to be there for him.
