Even the strongest sometimes need a hand.

Roy Bernardini is one of the strong. One of those guys who you call when you need help. One of the ones you count on when you can’t quite do something by yourself. One you can count on to do whatever it takes to help you. And to get the job done, no matter what. A loving husband to Helen and doting father to his four year old daughter Ryleigh, Roy is just one of the good guys.

Now, Roy needs a little help. You see, in his efforts to help his neighbors with a tree that toppled during a recent storm, Roy was pretty badly hurt. He’ll recover, but will likely need more surgery down the road. So even though he’s one of the strong, now he is in a tight spot and can use our help.
Roy’s medical bills will be a hardship, even with medical coverage, not everything will be paid. His ability to bring home the paycheck will be hampered by his injuries for some time to come. And the groceries still need to be bought; the electric bill still needs to be paid.
So we’re calling on friends, family and anyone who can, to turn around and return some love to Roy.
Any amount is appreciated. No donation is too small.
Roy has a hard time accepting help, but now is our turn to let him know how much we appreciate everything he’s ever done for us.
In addition to this GoFundMe account, there will be a benefit dinner and bake sale to raise funds on Saturday, May 5th at the Ft. McCoy/Eureka Community Center with all proceeds being donated directly to the family. If you are interested, please contact Darlene or Helen. There are items for an auction and any other donations are gladly accepted.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your help and generosity.
