This fundraiser was organized by friends and loved ones of the deceased, Roy Alan Sabino.

This effort is being put forth in honor of the most truly unique, caring, and surprisingly kind individual that so many of us were lucky enough to call a friend: Roy Alan Sabino.

I think what Al encompassed as an individual and the traits he displayed by his actions, his outlook, his concern for the well-being of others above his own; these characteristics made Al into the man that so many of us had opportunity to adore and love.

I can confidently say it is hard to encounter someone in our small community of Channahon, Illinois that doesn't possess their share of "Alpo" stories, encounters, or experiences.

I welcome and invite any and all people that knew Al, whether through their own encounters with Al, stories shared with them by others, etc., to donate to this fundraiser in an effort to demonstrate to his family how much he will be missed and the impact that Alan made on so many peoples lives.

All proceeds gathered from this fundraiser will be provided to Al's mother Cindy, in an effort to reduce the financial burden presented by his untimely passing.
