Hello everyone my name is Brendan and I'm fundraising because my 6 year old doberman (Roxy) needs 2 different surgeries done. Roxy loves to run and still has many more years of running unfortunately she has a bad hip and I don't have pet insurance. When I took her for x-rays the vet found out her spine is also damaged and she went the next two weeks without being able to walk. I had to carry her in and out and feed her from my hand. I've exhausted my savings from medication and an MRI that cost me 7k. My 2 year old has been very helpful and very loving and we need help to save our best friend. Hip surgery is 14k and the spine surgery is 10-12k and I don't have pet insurance so please anything helps. I can't continue to medicate her for the rest of her life. Although the steroids have been helping and she's walking around a bit and finally going to the bathroom, I still need to keep her from moving too much and it's difficult to do while chasing a 2 year old around.
