Hi I’m Bradley and This is Roxy.

Roxy is an energetic 5-year-old Pitbull / Boxer mix.

Rescued from a neglectful first owner,  Roxy came to me with open sores which subsequently lead to sepsis. 
Thankfully I got her to a vet in time to save her.  Healing her body was the easy part.   Whatever trauma she endured from her first home left her with horrible anxiety and trust issues.  Working with behaviorists and receiving proper training, Roxy has been thriving! 

 

Roxy was recently diagnosed with a malignant mast cell tumor. It started rapidly growing over the past few weeks.
Needle aspiration was completed and the results came in showing the mass to be cancerous.

 

Like so many people these past few years I have been hard hit and affording the surgery is not possible.

These veterinary expenses are definitely unexpected and are adding up to a great amount.

The completed needle aspiration was only 250$. But the current surgery estimate is $1700-$ 2200. (Photocopy of estimate below)

Depending on any complications and the severity of the cancer ( if it has spread to her lymph nodes) expenses could be thousands more.

She is still very young and has a long, happy life ahead of her.
She needs the surgery as soon as possible to prevent cancer from spreading.
