Roxis spinal surgery

Hi my name is Chloe. I have a 5 year old miniature dachshund crossed Roxi, I rescued Roxi as a puppy at 7/8 weeks old. She is a very happy, healthy and fast little girl. She’s tiny at only 6/8lbs. Today Sunday 27th April 2025 Roxi unfortunately suddenly went paralysed from the waist down, no movement in her back legs but she has pain perception and can feel pressure to her pads from the vet. Roxi is currently in the emergency animal hospital overnight costing £400 for one night stay and medication. Roxi is needing a MRI scan and spinal surgery tomorrow morning at the small animal hospital. Roxi is unfortunately not insured and i recently left work to care for our son who is 3 with multiple special needs. We are hoping to raise any form of money towards the operation and thank anyone who donates. The scan, surgery and aftercare is £6,000. Even £1 will help us at this awful time.
