Hi, my name is Adrian Livingston. I am starting this page to raise support for my wonderful grandma’s memorial service & funeral preparations.
On January 26th, our beloved Roxann Thompson Robinson went home to be with Jesus, and her earthly body was finally able to rest.
She bravely fought a lung disease for some time. It rapidly took her ability to breathe, and ultimately deteriorated much quicker than originally predicted.
There is no life insurance policy, or savings available to be used for the expenses to cover a modest memorial service.
Upon the painful experience of cold calling multiple funeral homes, we discovered that not many will offer a payment plan to get your loved one’s remains cared for. They desire payment upfront for basic services, and the memorial. This is truly an awful thing for the family, as we all want to celebrate her life, and care for her remains with honor.
Your support here would go directly towards Grandma’s final wishes & her memorial for the family / friends to honor her amazing life. Any contribution, large or small, is greatly appreciated and will directly relieve stress from the family who is grieving.
Roxann was a beautiful vibrant woman. She lived a life full of adventure, and it seems like we were always learning something new about her life experiences. She was incredibly smart, loved learning anything she could. This lady taught us how to be strong! As we set out on the years ahead, we can take comfort that her legacy will live on through us.
She was a devout wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We, the family, now cherish every “yoo hoo” holler from the kitchen to grab a delicious dinner she whipped up. We look at every craft item that she made as a treasure worth its weight in gold. Every photo of her is now our favorite photo. Every memory and story on repeat in our minds.
We will share more info on the plan for memorial service as soon as we can, for those who may want to attend or send condolences. Again, we have to raise enough funding to have a memorial before a lot of moves can be made.
If you can’t contribute, you can still help us by sharing this page on your social outlets. Every dollar helps her husband and the rest of us to move forward in honoring her life properly.
