Row to Gainesville

Every year, the American Collegiate Rowing Association (ACRA) holds the national competition in Gainesville, GA. URI Men's Rowing holds the goal to send members of the team to compete in the event. Being a club sport, the team relies heavily on fundraising to support the many expenses incurred over the season, such as travel, entry fees, and maintenance. This year, the team is holding an "erg-a-thon", during which, over a 72 hour period, we will cover the distance from Kingston, RI, to Gainesville on a rowing machine (erg). The team is hoping for sponsors to donate "x" amount per mile rowed by an individual rower, by sponsering a rower. The distance is approximately 900 miles, which will be divided amongst team members. Every little bit counts, thank you for your support!
