Hi my name is Tamara and I am raising funds for the funeral of Rowell Navarro after his sudden passing on July 2 2025. When Rowell was 10, he was able to be rejoined with his mother, Marlyn, upon the approval of his immigration status. Although he struggled in his teens and early adulthood, Rowell became a dotting father to Noah, William and Rebecca, and loving partner to Amanda. On the day of his passing Rowell and one of the children decided to swim off the summer heat. But sadly, Rowell passed due to drowning while saving his child from the same fate.
