Rowe Court, Reading - URGENT Fire Appeal

My incredible team of admins and I have decided to extend our work from Free Meals Full Hearts campaign to support the families directly affected by the recent fire which ripped through Rowe Court, Reading in the early hours of 15th December 2021.

Those donating to this cause will have already heard of the utter devastation caused by this arson attack, but for those who would like a recent update on the development surrounding the incident, please see below:

It's incomprehensible to imagine losing anyone and with the news that one person has died and several others unaccounted for, our thoughts are with their families and friends at this difficult time.

Furthermore, for a devastation of this size to take place, just 10 days before Christmas will have left those affected worrying about how they will be able to ready themselves again in time for Christmas.

With this in mind, we have decided to help them by giving them the resources required to resemble some kind of normality during this festive period. Whether that be with Christmas decorations, presents, food, clothes - whatever is needed to create some sense of normality.

We're aware that the council are working to place all families in emergency housing and our aim at Free Meals, Full Hearts is to support the affected families with the generosity of the community via this GoFundMe campaign.

Reading is a wonderful place that has shown time and time again, that when faced with a crisis - we come together. Let's do this again.
