Hi, I’m Cindy Matta, Rowdy Mays’ aunt. On July 28, Rowdy was tragically taken from us after giving a ride to what he thought was a stranger in need. That kind act resulted in his death. Rowdy was a frequent giver of kind acts and we are heartbroken that his kindness and generosity cost him his life. Many have ask how they can help us during this devastating time, love, prayers, and kind words are enough for us but if you wish to honor Rowdy, please consider giving to a cause that was near and dear to Rowdy, his eleven year old nephew Kyle’s college fund. Rowdy often mentioned his concern for Kyle’s future higher education expenses or if you prefer, honor him by freely and safely spreading kindness in his memory.
