Rowcroft

Hi all, I am attempting to run 1000 miles this year to raise funds for Rowcroft, I will be running most days for as many miles a day as possible.

I am 68 and suffer with COPD and Asthma, so this is going to be a good challenge for me, so any donations big or small will be greatly appreciated.
